Shipping
Orders are processed Mondays – Fridays (excluding Singapore public holidays), pending stock availability and payment.
Dotted Line is not responsible for service transit time, goods lost or damaged in transit or any delays caused by carriers and/ or customs clearance.
Singapore Shipping
Free for orders $100 and up, or flat rate of $4
For your peace of mind, we use trackable service Qxpress or Singpost Smartpac. Parcel has to be collected from the post office if your mailbox is too full.
Shipping takes approximately 5 - 7 working days from the time you receive your order confirmation. Please add 1 working day for orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. All delivery times are estimate and subject to delays and capacity constraints. (refer to shipping notice above)
Track your parcel using your delivery note number (e.g. SM000000001SG) in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping
Free for orders over $500, or flat rate of $60.
International deliveries are via Singpost registered mail or other trackable service.
Shipping takes up to 30 working days from the time you receive your order confirmation. All delivery times are estimate and subject to delays and capacity constraints. (refer to shipping notice above)
Track your parcel using the registered article (RA) number in your shipping confirmation email. The status is available up to the point the mail leaves Singapore. Further status of your overseas item is available to select destinations.

Possible Delays
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please expect this due to the current enhanced border controls and less frequent flights worldwide.
Import Duties & Taxes
International deliveries may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay Dote. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Dotted Line, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Dotted Line. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Do You Offer In Person Pick Ups?
We are not able to offer in person pickups.
